Admission
The YES Home is licensed to accept 10 youth into our program. YES is an emergency (ages 12-20) and long-term/residential (ages 14-20) group home. We are not licensed to accept youth who are sexually maladaptive.
Once accepted into the YES Home program, please complete the intake packet as well as the Choices Release forms and bring these with you at admission or email to amy@yeshome.org OR kerri@yeshome.org
