Who We Serve
The YES Home generally serves youth ages 12–20 who need a safe, structured, and trauma-informed residential setting. Youth may be experiencing:
-
Behavioral, emotional, or mental health challenges
-
Trauma, abuse, neglect, or family instability
-
Disruption of a family, foster care, or community placement
-
Runaway or elopement behaviors
-
Juvenile justice or court involvement
-
Difficulty functioning successfully at home, at school, or in the community
-
Transition from a more intensive or restrictive level of care
Admission decisions are made individually in partnership with the placing agency. Before admission, the YES Home reviews each youth's needs to determine whether our program, staffing, and available resources can provide safe and appropriate care.
Referrals are accepted from the Indiana Department of Child Services and Juvenile Probation offices.
