Individualized, Trauma-Informed Therapy for Every Youth

How Therapy Supports Every Youth's Healing
Therapy
Each youth receives an initial assessment to identify their individual strengths, needs, experiences, and treatment goals. Based on this assessment, the youth is matched with a qualified therapist whose experience and approach best meet their therapeutic needs. Therapy provides a safe, supportive space for youth to process experiences, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, and work toward their individualized goals. When appropriate and approved by the treatment team, family therapy may also be provided to strengthen connections and support a successful transition home.
